Rodizio Grill, America's original Brazilian steakhouse, is looking for warm, energetic Hosts to be the first and last impression for every guest who walks through our doors in Salt Lake City.
About the Role:
As a Host, you set the tone for the Rodizio experience. You'll greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage reservations and waitlists, seat parties efficiently, and help keep the front-of-house running smoothly during busy services.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage the flow of seating to balance server sections and minimize wait times.
- Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and waitlist coordination.
- Communicate clearly with servers, bussers, and management.
- Keep the entrance and host station clean and organized.
- Answer guest questions about our menu and dining concept.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them back.
